For the first time, Café Wolf at Annenstraße 18 is the official festival bar of ORF musikprotokoll. Unofficially, it already was, because the café is firmly anchored in the Graz music scene as a concert location with an experimental program. One or another festival evening has already ended here. Now, Café Wolf is the setting for two late-night events.
On Friday, the Graz Impro Klub hosts a collective music-making session: we will improvise with anything that produces sound. There are no stylistic guidelines, and everyone is invited to join in. It is an evening of networking, whether verbal or nonverbal, with a focus on attentive listening to give each other space. Curated by Robert Lepenik and Rainer Binder-Krieglstein, a collective body of sound is created at Café Wolf—casually and with an open mind. On Saturday, there is a carte blanche for musikprotokoll artists. Let’s be surprised!
